Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ProofNow at https://proofnow.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
ProofNow lets freelancers and agencies create project pages, share them with clients, and collect approvals and comments.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
Your content
You own the content you add, including project details, client names and feedback. You give us permission to store and display it only to run the service. You confirm you have the right to share any content you add, including your client’s name and any feedback you quote.
Client pages
Anyone with a page’s link can view it, approve it and comment on it. Share links only with people you trust. An approval on a page records that someone using the link clicked Approve. It isn’t a legal signature or contract.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to upload content you don’t have rights to. Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service’s limits or security. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 3 project pages with a “Made with ProofNow” badge. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription that removes the page limit and the badge. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and may show on your statement. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. All payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@proofnow.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, ProofNow isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
