Refund Policy

All payments for ProofNow Pro are final. We do not offer refunds.

No refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and payments for months in which you didn’t use the service. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to this policy.

Try it free first

The Free plan lets you create up to 3 project pages at no cost, so you can fully try the service before you pay.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your Pro subscription from Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and no refund is given for that period.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month or after you cancelled, email support@proofnow.app within 30 days and we’ll correct the error. This is not a refund for the service itself.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. This policy applies unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
